Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing and delivery estimates shown during ordering are estimates and may change because of inventory checks, carrier conditions, holidays, severe weather, or address issues.
Shipping
We currently accept orders for U.S. delivery only. Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $150 after discounts and free for orders of $150 or more after discounts. The shipping charge appears in the cart and PayPal total before payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcel may be deducted from a refund where permitted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Angadi Roots as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Returns and exchanges
Return eligibility may depend on the item’s condition and category. Worn or used jewellery, altered or worn sarees, personalized products, final-sale items, and opened hygiene-sensitive goods may be ineligible unless defective or required by law. An approved return must be sent in original condition and packaging. Do not send a return without authorization.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayPal after inspection. Original or return shipping may be non-refundable unless the product was defective, incorrect, or consumer law requires otherwise. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
