Angadi Roots is an online storefront operated under AAVICO in the United States. These terms apply when you browse the site, create an order, or purchase jewellery, return gifts, sarees, or related products.
Products and availability
We aim to display products, colors, dimensions, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Handmade, textile, plated, and imitation-jewellery items may have reasonable variations. Product colors may also appear differently across screens. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, suspected of fraud, or cannot be shipped.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, customs, or other charges may be added where applicable. Payments are processed through PayPal, whose terms and privacy practices also apply. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Welcome offer
Eligible customers receive 10% off their first paid order, once per checkout email address. To use the offer, the checkout email must match the PayPal payer email. The discount applies to merchandise before shipping; the free U.S. shipping threshold is calculated after the discount. We may review misuse of the introductory offer.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law. Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Jewellery and product care
Our jewellery is imitation or fashion jewellery unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, chemicals, and prolonged moisture. Products are not intended for children unless specifically identified as child-safe. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use this site for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with the site, misuse checkout, scrape content at scale, or copy Angadi Roots branding, photos, product descriptions, or designs without permission. Site content is owned by or licensed to AAVICO.
